Discussing Political Inclusion in the DRC

In an article for Political Violence @ a Glance, OEF Researcher Jay Benson discusses how delays in scheduling planned elections in the DRC have recently led to incidents of violence. The article looks at the possible motivations for such harsh repression towards some opponents and the relative leniency shown towards others.
